This might be a couple days late, but I would recommend reading french newspapers. News articles tend to focus on certain subjects (war in Syria, visits by Marcon to prisons, the airline industry, etc.) so you get a new vocabulary that repeated many times within one article, and this type of repetition has always helped me learn. I found it to be a great resource and a great way to practice..
